upgrade to 1.9.2 checkbox for 2014 theme disappeared

Still testing an upgrade to 1.9.2 and the knockout stage screen looks like this;http://worktest.arwallace.com/enter-predictions/knockout-predictions/

On the live site with v1.8 of plug in there is a check box “Adjust Knockout Table to the theme Twenty Fourteen” that has disappeared. Can I get it back and make the knockout table display ok?
