Upgrade problem? Can't see Admin?

    I just upgraded WordPress (at their prompting), yet now cannot access my Admin area to work on my site. I have no idea why this happened, or how to fix it.

    I would usually access the WP Admin here:
    http://churchletters.org/wp-admin

    However, when I do that, I now get my site coming up with “Page not found” – Before upgrading, it would log me in to my admin area?

    Does anyone know how I can fix this, or “go back” to what I had before upgrading? I can’t work on my site at all now.
