upgrade kills date stamping and all historical dates

okay, so i’ve relaunched http://www.passingnotes.com and notice that not only do archives not exist (page does not exist error) but also when i post a new item, the date says the wrong day

for example, i posted an item today (friday) and while it says friday, it says february 02 instead of 16th…and the dates for all of the other postings are screwy (assuming this is what’s hurting archives) when pulled in through an rss feed…
