Upgrade Issue (4 posts)

I upgraded to 2.0 thinking all would be well but when I try and edit my template I get the following error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/r/e/f/reference01/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1749

    What did I do?

  2. That line is within the get_themes() function, a function that goes through all the files in /wp-content/themes looking for themes.

Does your "Presentation" tab show up correctly?

Tab is there but when i click it to go to the themes area it says

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/r/e/f/reference01/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1749

same thing for theme editor, i CAN get into the CURRENT THEME DITOR though and mess with the present theme... I might try and uploiad a theme and see if that fixes it but other than that I am lost.

K, this whole thing has got me really miffed. I uninstalled the entire thing, reinstalled it several times, removing and reinstalling the tables as well as totally redoing the tables and losing my site and no matter what I do in either 1.5 or 2.0 I still get the same errors in both the templates and plugins section of the wordpress program. I am really at a loss for what to do and am about to just ditch WordPress at this point. Ideas, suggestions, comments?
