    Hello,
    was interested in changing to WordPress, from Cafelog, but was wondering what the main advantages were... is the code more efficient, or is it more feature rich? I am pretty happy with B2, and don't want to change unless there is going to be a noticable advantage.
    What do you all think?
    Also, in looking at the instructions for converting, I don't understand what to do:
    "Step 1
    Okay first we’re going to set up the links database. This will allow you to host your own blogroll, complete with Weblogs.com updates.
    Installing WP-Links.
    Checking for tables...
    " . mysql_error()); if ($result != false) { echo "
    Table '$tablelinkcategories' created OK
    \n"; $got_cats = true; } } else { echo "
    Found table '$tablelinkcategories', don't need to create it...
    \n"; $got_cats = true; } if (!$got_links) { echo "
    Can't find '$tablelinks', gonna create it..."
    Do I copy/paste some of these instructions into phpMyadmin?
    and BTW, in phpMyadmin, how do I make a backup of my DB?

    Here's something I wrote ..... but if in doubt at all, email your host for additional clarification !
    Backup Instructions :
    Written using phpMyAdmin 2.5.4-rc2
    1. From the main screen, choose ‘Databases’
    2. Your existing databases will be displayed, click on the one you want to back up.
    3. The next screen will show the tables within your database.
    4. Click the ‘Export’ tab.
    There are now several radio buttons (small circular ones) and several square tick boxes. In the ‘Export’ box, select the SQL radio button In the SQL options box, tick the following;
    * Structure
    * Add AUTO_INCREMENT value
    * Enclose table and field names with backquotes
    * the DATA box
    5. Click ‘Save as file’ and the “zipped button.
