Try:
– switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
– re-running the upgrade manually using wp-admin/upgrade.php.
Thanks ESMI
Its doesnt work yet !
I’ve tried: Disabling all plugins using FTP and renaming the folder of the theme.
Hi, I’ve encounter a similar issue although I don’t even get the Fatal error. After the login page I just get a blank screen — no additional admin pages. I ran the update on another site and it worked fine.
Any suggestions on a fix would be great!
Thanks.

Yes I have the exact same problem. I tried going as far as making a clean install for 3.2 in a sub-directory with a fresh database.
I can view the blog (with the standard Hello world post), but as soon as I try to enter any admin page I get the same error page.
Fatal error: Cannot run code from this file in conjunction with non encoded files in /home/user/public_html/blog/wp-includes/version.php on line 284
luisledesma did you make any progress fixing this?
