hi,
I have a blog which is running 2.5.1 of wordpress, for some reason i was not able to upgrade to the released builds namely 2.6..2.7 etc.
Now i want to updgrade my blog to 2.7.1 , can i do a direct upgrade from 2.5.1 to 2.7.1 ?
if no what is the way out. Thanks.
Also can u suggest me a upgrade from 2.3?

Might use this plugin

after getting upgrade - deactivate and delete this plugin as WP has it built in since 2.7.Also can u suggest me a upgrade from 2.3?
Same process theoretically should work - however please do backups of your db 1st.
Personally, I would manually upgrade incrementally
2.3 -> 2.5 -> 2.71 -

It works, I use it and test it fot a blank WordPress. Now i am going to use it to update a fried's blog. Hope it works!
