Upgrade from 2.0.2 to 2.8.3

    I’ve got a blog at farey.cz with WP version 2.0.2. There’s Ultimate Tag Warrior plug-in with the “pi” v3.141592 and a few more plug-ins. Now there’s the problem: I need to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress, i.e. 2.8.3. Any suggestions on how to do it? My main concern are the tags.

    Tags have been integrated in WP since quite a couple of versions ago, but can’t guarantee that it works completely the same as the UTW, I have no experience with that plugin.

    As for the WP upgrade, because of some major database changes in various versions between yours and the current, don’t try to upgrade at once, take steps as suggested here:
