Upgrade fatal error

I downloaded wordpress 2.2.1 yesterday, and uploaded to overwrtie the old version, and then I entered http://zecharyw.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php to upgrade, it showed error msg:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare translate() (previously declared in /hsphere/local/home/chifai/zecharyw.com/wp-includes/l10n.php:20) in /hsphere/local/home/chifai/zecharyw.com/wp-content/plugins/widgets/translate.php on line 13

It’s fine when I tried to upload my old l10n.php. But I am afraid there will be some errors occur, so I didn’t upgrade yet. What’s the problem, how can I fix it?
