   I'm trying to upgrade WP from 3.0.1 to 3.0.3 and am getting the following error when I try to do it automatically:

   Could not copy file.: /var/www/html/wp-includes/comment-template.php

   Think it could be a permissions issue? I'm wondering why it needs to copy that file and why it wouldn't be able to do so. Hmmm.

   Permissions on that file are 664 right now.

   Yup, permissions, almost certainly. Try 666.
