   Hi

   a client has automatically upgraded her website, and during the upgrade the installation crashed, and ever since she can't access her website either via main url or wp-admin. she's getting a http 500 internal server error.

   Please could someone cast a light on where I would start looking to resolve this?

   Do a manual upgrade by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
