   I'm trying to upgrade my blog from 2.3 to 2.7. I've backed up and uploaded the new files. I entered my database info in the wp-config.php file and added the new security keys. When I try to run the upgrade it still can't find the file.
   Any ideas how to fix this problem?

   If it's a fresh download the config file will be called wp-config-sample.php.

   Did you remember to rename it?

   Yup I did, still didn't work. But I found this vid. tutorial on here and it worked great!
