I have 3.3.1 installed on my Ubuntu box but I’m having problems trying to upgrade it to 3.3.2. The Ubuntu box does not have FTP access (there is a different server on the network with that facility) so I downloaded the .zip for the upgrade, unzipped the new files into the WordPress folder but it still displays as 3.3.1. Any ideas how I can get the upgrade done??

    You need to run wp-admin/upgrade.php

    Yup, did that. It says:

    No Update Required

Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!

But it still says 3.3.1 on the opening screen.

Are you sure you extracted the files into the correct location?

An easy way to check is visit your WordPress URL and load the readme.html file.

    http://your-wordpress-URL-here/readme.html

It should read 3.3.2. Also clear your browser cache.

I’m having the same issue, have you found a solution?

I think clearing the browser cache did it for me. I’ve since upgraded to 3.4.2 with no problems.
