   Im trying to upgrade from 2.7 to 2.7.1 using the automatic upgrade but it is coming up with

   Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.7.1.zip

   Unpacking the core update

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class pclzip in /home/sites/tjspunkrockshow.com/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 171

   can anyone help.

   Oh! I get this too!

   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare pclziputilpathreduction() (previously declared in /home/superjux/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/lib/pclzip.lib.php:5421) in /home/superjux/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 5498

   My hosting company, the ever frustrating Bluehost, took down then restored my site and now I am unable to upgrade WordPress.

   Any thoughts?

   Actually, my error is different. But similar.

   Deactivate and remove the wordpress-automatic-upgrade plugin. It's not needed anymore and interferes with the built-in upgrader.
