   I've tried upgrading my wordpress package 3 times now and am still getting the message in my dashboard to please upgrade to the newest version of wordpress.

   I downloaded the newest files uploaded them to my server and ran the upgrade script. However, after I go to upgrade.php it tells me I am running the most current version. Again on the dashboard it's saying please update your version of wordpress. Am I doing something wrong? I followed the upgrade instructions.

   If wp-includes/version.php reflects
   $wp_version = '2.3.1';

   then try logging out, clear your browser cache and cookies.
