   I just moved a community blog to a new server and set it up using the servers URL http://tallow.canvasdreams.com/~concordi/

   I've moved all appropriate files and everything is working fine, no lost data.

   I contacted the old admin for the original site at http://www.concordiapdx.org and he has redirected the DNS to the new server.

   I want to change the URL in the General Setting so the new links point to the domain links.

   Do all I have to do is update the address and site address? Is there anything else?

   Yes Change the urls in Settings General should be all you have to do if it does not work for links try resetting permalinks.
