   I'm a novice, and trying to update my webpage for the first time. My computer techie is unavailable, so I'm lost.

   All I'm trying to do is actually update my website. I go into "pages," and type my update, under the "edit" screen. Then I hit the "Update pages" button, and then I click "Preview Changes." Everything looks great. But it never actually changes on my website! Help!

   Also I tried to upload/Insert a calendar I made using Excel, and it never would upload/display (at all) on the "edit" page. (I clicked on "Add an Image")

   I would love to know what I'm doing wrong. I'm guessing it's something simple.

   Hi,

   Check with these options:

   -> disable all the plugins and check it. Enable plugin one by one to find out the culprit.
   -> upgrade your wordpress to the latest version.
   -> assign 766 recursive permissions to wp-contents folder.
