   Overall. What changes in tags and quicktags will be necessary? How are calls being made now, that sort of thing. What has changed where themes are concerned.

   As far as I know, There are no differences in the template tags for WP 2.2. Any theme that works for WP 2.1 will still work with 2.2 without any issues.
