Updates To Site Don't Appear to Happen.. Help!

Hi,

I just installed WordPress 3.13 and Yahoo! is my host. The site installs to a sub directory(/blog/) and I’ve applied updates to a static front page with posts going to the blog page. For some reason, these updates do not show on the main site! If you go to http://mankini.com you only see the home, and if you click “Blog” it just redirects to the homepage. BUT! If you manually type (http://mankini.com/blog/photos) then it will bring up the updates I’ve applied! Click on blog once you go to /photos and you are able to see my updated link. Once you click “Home” it reverts to the old messed up look, I don’t know how to get around this! Please help and thank you!
