I have read similar posts and no one has an answer that fixes my problem. Updates are not showing on my site unless you manually refresh each page. For instance, if you go to
http://amylucasofficial.com/voiceovers/ you see the incorrect version. Click refresh and you have the correct version. Same with the VIDEOS Page and http://amylucasofficial.com/blog-2/news/supah-ninjas/ Once they are refreshed they are a-okay. I have cleaned my browser cache and the cache files thru my ftp. Someone please help! I've come this far!

when you follow the links from this site they work - but if you go to the website from a clean tab, they don't. :( So please don't say they work, because they don't! Help!

Try changing to the twentyeleven theme and see if the problem persists.

I don't want to change my theme. I paid for the theme, I love the website and the updates are there when refreshed. Any other suggestions?

The point of changing is to see if the problem is theme-specific. But since that's a commercial theme, I'd suggest you contact the theme vendor (Theme Forest I think?) for help. Commercial themes are not supported here as support is part of what you pay for with a commercial theme. Good luck.

It's very difficult to give support for a purchased theme here because we can't download the theme to take a look at it.

You should contact the theme developer as part of the price you pay for a theme should include support.

Based on what you described, you likely have a cache problem, either through a cache plugin, or in the theme.

WPyogi suggested you change the theme to determine if the problem is related to the theme, you can always go back to the purchased theme.

You can also deactivate your plugins to see if it's related to the plugin. Don't delete the plugins just deactivate them. Then after the test activate them.

I figured out that if I copy and paste the page's link in everything is great, but it doesn't load correctly if I click on the page from the HOME screen..So that's where the fix needs to be.

That info should be useful to the theme developers:
