I found this plugin

but not sure will it work on latest version

I am looking to see recent posts from all blogs on my main home page
like updates from http://meditation.mypassion.in and http://excel.mypassion.in at http://mypassion.in
how it can be done...

No, probably that particular plugin will not work for what you're trying to do. Because of the way MU works and stores tags in the database.
I'm not familiar with any way to do this, but that doesn't mean there isn't.

Actually, that's the one question I answered: no.
Your other question - how you would go about pulling various blog posts from several blogs to a central page - I don't know the answer to. Try searching the forums.
