   As you can see, its just blank. The admin panel gives internal server errors. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

   Assuming your server meets requirements (see Hosting WordPress) then consider redoing the upgrade manually, as describe in Upgrading WordPress Extended.

   Allll fixed. It was actually teh incompatibility with Arras, but until I redid the upgrade it wasn't giving the error that everyone else got, so I didn't realize. thanks :)
