   Hello

   I just updated to 3.0 (I chose automatic update) and once it completed, it logged me out. When I tried to log in, I got a message that said I do not have permission to access the page. WTH??

   Can someone help me please?

   Try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

   Have you tried:
   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

   - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

   - increasing the available memory?
