hi,
i've updated my blog from version 1.3 to 2.0 and every time
i'm publishing a new article i get the following site....

the articles are saved ...but whats wrong there?

What's wrong is that WordPress 2.0 was released in an incredibly buggy state. The only solution I can suggest is reverting to WP 1.5

Not sure if it the cause, but check your uploaded files to make sure they are all there and none have size 0kb. Also try uploading a fresh copy of class-IXR.php.
What's wrong is that WordPress 2.0 was released in an incredibly buggy state. The only solution I can suggest is reverting to WP 1.5
While I agree that WP2 is buggy and that 2.0.1 will fix a lotta that, I don't think it's as buggy as a lotta people make it out to be. There's only 1 or 2 bugs that I can think of that are major.

Yes, not being able to send trackbacks is one. What's the other?
Actually, I think that's the only major one I can think of, at least right now. Heh. :)

:) Well, it was enough for me to go back to 1.5 I find trackbacks necessary. Unless you don't care that no body reads your blog. ;)
Well, I do use them, but it's not the end of the world to me as 99% of the time, I am using and people are sending pingbacks to and from my site.
Bump - same problem here ... class-IXR.php
If I revert to 1.5 how to I 'downgrade' ?
Woot Woot - Found our problems ... and I feel liek an ASS!!
You have your ftp set to make all files lower case upon uploading them... You need to change the case of that file and you will be good to go :)
Does this mean WP Is auto pinging after a post? If so where do I go to seee where? Sorry, beginner here...
