It doesn't matter what I do, I cannot add/ take things off of my menu. It was working fine until I uploaded the newest version of the theme I'm currently using, (Core) and then the navigation went funny -the links to my gallery have disappeared, the submenus are gone, etc. However, when I go to the dashboard and look at the menu, everything is as it should be. So I try to move some things around on the menu, even delete it completely. When I look at my page, it just doesn't reflect that! What did I do wrong??? Help! website is http://www.jaimiedee.com
You are using a commercial theme so I suggest the best way to get help with your problem is to seek support from the developer.

You could also try to re-create the menu manually in Appearance>>Menu and see the outcome.

Yeah I actually deleted the whole menu and created it all from scratch, but the changes didn't reflect in the theme. And I changed back to a regular non-commercial theme as well and it's the same issue. So it's something wrong with my actual database files.... :/ Is there another place I should be seeking help?

WordPress probably treats it as a new theme so it doesn't append the menu you had to the registered menu you had it in.
Did you make sure that on the Appearance -> Menus under "Theme Locations"(top left) the menu you made is chosen in the select box?
