Updated readme is not showing on the plugin page

I just released a new version of my plugin the WordPress Editorial Calendar. The new version showed up on the download link, but the data on the plugin page has not been updated with the data from the readme.txt file. This is easiest to see on the changelog page:

This page should show 1.3 (the latest version) at the top, but it just shows the 1.2 version. I checked in the new version over four hours ago and it normally takes only 15 minutes.

The readme validator says my readme.txt file is valid:

Did something change with the way the way this process works? Is the updating service not working? Can I do something else to debug my plugin page?
