Updated Plugin, site not working!

    I updated to wordpress-form-manager.1.4.3.zip…

    got this:
    Unpacking the update…

    Installing the latest version…

    Deactivating the plugin…

    Removing the old version of the plugin…

    Plugin updated successfully.

    Reactivating the plugin…

    then this:

    Multiple primary key defined

    now, this is all I can see. I can’t get into the site at all. what do I do? Please help!!!

    If you can connect with FTP go to wp-content/plugins/wordpress-form-manager and delete the plugin.
    I don’t see another solution.

    I guess the old plugin left some tables in the database.
