Updated Plugin and accordian's and Gmap's all broke

Just updated this plugin and all the shortcodes on the site broke. Haven’t been able to determine any plugin conflicts and disabling custom formatting did nothing. I am always afraid to update this plugin because it seems like inevitably something breaks. It’s disappointing since this plugin offers so many good things.
