   I updated to 3.1.4 b/c the plugins I want to use won't run w/3.2. To troubleshoot the problem I did the following:
   - reset the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
   - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder from a fresh download of WordPress.
   - re-running the upgrade manually using /wp-admin/upgrade.php.

   But MY dashboard continues to say "Not Found. Sorry, you are looking for something that isn't here." I don't know what to do to get my dashboard back. I am using the "Keep it simple theme. The site is up here http://theurbanexpress.org/ but I can't edit it or anything without the dashboard. So frustrated. Thanks!

   did you upgrade to 3.2 and then try change back to 3.1.4

   CATASTROPHE - THE SITE IS TOTALLY INACCESSIBLE after installing the WP 3.1.4

   After upgrading today (sept 19) I could not access the login page. When I wrote the URL for the login, I got the "Server error" message, although the server works. Today, before upgrading there was no problem in logging in. So the whole thing started immediately after updating. And the update progress report finished after sayinh "successfully updated".

   Moreover the website is no more shown at the internet:
   http://tmdoctors.info

   I checkd through my FTP program and found that all the directories and files seem to be there (under the wordpress directory as it should be). So I suppose this could be amended by replacing key files here. Or could I try to install an older version of wordpress anew? If so, from where can I get it?

   No, I didn't. I noticed that a lot of the plugins haven't caught up to 3.2 so I wanted to run 3.1.4. I have no clue how to fix this.My site has been down for weeks. Sad.

   Hello WP,

   Sadly still cannot find a solution to the problem. All I need to do is figure out how to access my/the WP Dash for my site. If anyone is familiar with he "Keep it Simple" Theme I would very much appreciate your help with this. Here's the deal: I am using the same login info as I did with my website when it was the athaulpa theme. I changed the theme and when I try to perform any admin I get page not found. Really, really would appreciate some input. Thanks!

   Please check do you have .htaccess file in your wp home directory, as it appears mod rewrite not working properly.
