   Hi People,

   I really hope someone can help me. I have a travel blog which I made between November and May whilst travelling around the world and I enjoy a fair amount of traffic to it each day, as well as reading it myself.

   Unfortuantly I updated automatically today to 3.3 and it completely broke with a fatal error. I stupidly didnt make a backup as I dont have FTP access today.

   Can anyone help figure out whats gone wrong and how I get it back? It might be something to do with the theme, but even if thats the case I still dont have any admin access.

   Error is: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/content/e/u/a/euancam/html/blog/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

   It might be something to do with the theme

   It does. You need to update it.

   How can I update it if I cant get access to my dashboard?

   Unfortunately, you will need ftp access to fix this.

   To deactivate a broken theme, you would need to delete/rename it using ftp, which will revert you to 2011 and let you back in

   Thanks Voodoo, I have now renamed the theme but now it wont revert. Its just a white screen. :(

   I can login to the dashboard now but how does one repair the theme? I have spent rather a long time customizing it and don't want to loose everything.

   Phew! After lots of stress I have fixed it!

   Appears to be a problem which affects everyone on the Arras theme who upgrades to WordPress 3.2.

   You need to simply go here: http://www.arrastheme.com/forums/topic7004-arras-theme-1511-now-available.html

   Download the latest theme pack and then just extract the widget.php file.

   Upload the new and improved widget.php file to themes>arras>library and voila!

   If you still have problems (which I did) then login to your dashboard and deactivate the tag cloud widget.
