the beta testing period is over. the new embed code is provided on all videos now. just not by default. looks like they are either avoiding putting it on their oembed system or simply forgot about it.

The purpose of the new iFrame embed is to allow either the Flash or HTML5 player to display depending on your settings. You still need to be enrolled in the HTML5 beta to see the HTML5 player via the new iFrame embeds.
YouTube has stated that they will completely switch over to the iFrame embed code when the HTML5 beta period has ended.
had to state another thing here. flickr oembed feature is also currently broken. a couple of users have alerted flickr about it but their customer support guys are well... hopeless!
