Update: I don’t know if it’s relevant, but when i open firefox console, it shows this messages:

Does the functionality return if you use a default theme? To rule it out – try switching to something like 2012 for a second just to see.
It definitely javascript/jquery related. Just a matter of pinpointing it.

If it worked with 2012 then it’s theme related. I would contact the theme developer and see if there is an updated version. If there is pre-integrated jigoshop in the theme see if they can update the integration to newer version.
Sometimes installing jQuery updater can mask the issue and restore functionality. Longshot but it could work.
