[resolved] Update to wordpress 3.0.4 destroyed most of my plugins (2 posts)

I was running 3.0.2, and today I updated to 3.0.4. My update process is svn (I just did an svn sw). I also maintain my plugins via the svn:externals property on wp-content/plugins. This caused a conflict during the update, and I told it to postpone.

When I reloaded my blog, half of my plugins were gone and nowhere to be found! They weren't disabled, they're completely missing from the list! The files are still there...

I reverted the plugins properties, but that didn't fix anything. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? With the missing plugins my site isn't running at all...

I'm running wordpress on an Ubuntu VPS. Not all of my plugins were in the svn:externals property (as some don't have a subversion repository), but that doesn't seem to be related to which plugins went away... Some were in the externals property, some weren't...
