Since updating Quick Contact Form to 6.1 I have an error.

Warning: file_put_contents(/home/teds/65XPICHF/htdocs/teds/wp-content/plugins/quick-contact-form/quick-contact-form-custom.css) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/teds/65XPICHF/htdocs/teds/wp-content/plugins/quick-contact-form/quick-contact-form.php on line 458

There isn’t a file called quick-contact-form-custom.css in plugin folder. Tried adding one (empty text file .css) but it made no difference.

The form no longer responds to changes made in settings e.g. change width).

Any ideas where I’m going wrong?

    Thanks
    Craig

  • That looks like a permissions problem. When you run the plugin it looks for the CSS file and if missing creates one for you. When you update your styles the css file updates. It looks like you have restricted access to the folder so the plugin can’t create/save the file.

Can you send the URL of the site to mail@quick-plugins.com

OK we seem to have fixed this one. It was the folder permissions
