Hi. When I updated to Profile Builder version 1.1.67, it completely broke my website. At the moment of re-activating the updated plugin I got a grey box with a “sad face page” icon rather than the usual “plugin has been successfully reactivated” message.

Attempts to navigate to the Dashboard or any front end pages gave me a “page not available” error. From what I could tell, it was continually trying to redirect me to the front end login page, even though I was logged in as an admin.

Reverting to 1.1.66 made the problem go away.

I am also running Remove Dashboard Access, Press Permit Core, and User Role editor – could any of those be causing a conflict? Are there any other known plugin conflicts?

    Hi,

Sometimes the update fails. Please try install it manually via FTP and try again.

I updated a local site to 1.1.67 and it works as expected. So it could be a conflict, but none that I know of. If you could deactivate plugins one by one to see where the conflict might be, we can debug it further.
