    On this site: http://96.125.164.218/~sliebel/shop/

    I was running woo commerce and then updated. Now the site is somehow not reading the woo commerce stylesheet. I have no woo files in my theme that are over riding it and I have the box checked under General Options that says Enable WooCommerce CSS. Any ideas for me?

    There's some sort of problem with the WooCommerce CSS itself on your site. Do you have any caching plugins installed? Are you using a CDN network? Or maybe Cloudflare? If so, disable that stuff or at least flush the cache.

    If I open your site HTML in Firebug and change the WooCommerce frontend stylesheet URL to a stylesheet URL of a site on the net with a known working copy of WooCommerce 1.6.x then your shop layout looks as it should. If I change it to a site using WooCommerce 2.x, it looks Ok, but not entirely correct - products on the main shop page look styled Ok, but they don't line up across the page, they line up one-by-one down the page.

    So, this is a problem with the CSS itself. It's either cached, or very outdated. You might try deleting the WooCommerce plugin entirely and reinstalling it. All your settings should remain in tact.

    I have tried reinstalling the plugin and still no luck. I can however switch to the 2011 and 12 themes and all is fine. What could possibly be in my theme or be lacking from my theme that is causing this to not read...

    If you've just updated from 1.x to 2.x then there have been some big changes that your theme will need adjusting for.

    There's some more information on that here; http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-1-6-6-2-0-plugin-and-theme-compatibility/

    yeah but the point is that there is no woocommerce stuff in this theme to change. it's just a plain theme that I installed and then installed the plugin. Everything in the store layout was coming from the woo commerce plugin styles. Now it is simply not reading that stylesheet for some reason.

    I think your theme is not injecting body classes properly.

    Check your theme header.php and any other templates that write a <body> tag to make sure they look like this:

    <body <?php body_class(); ?> >

    I'm thinking that'll fix it ;-)
