Update returns me a SSL error

    Hi all,

    I try to update to 3.9 and update some plugins more and always return me the same error.

    Descargando paquete de instalación desde https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/link-library.zip…

    Se ha producido un error al actualizar Link Library: Descarga fallida. SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK

    The problem is the https instead of http.
    Is it correct? How I can resolve this issue?
