Perhaps the developer should have seen what happened with the AdRotate plugin here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/adrotate/page/3

Before he took a perfectly functioning plugin, "rewrote" it, removed half of the features, and then asks you to upgrade to the Pro version to get them back. Especially without telling anyone in the changelog that it would delete most of the features if you update.

    Bad, bad, bad business model.

@danetidwell I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the changes to the free version. We did move a few of the more advanced features to a Pro version, but all of the core features that most site owners will need in a caching plugin are still available in the free version of Quick Cache.

If you have feedback on features you'd like to see in the free version of Quick Cache, I would love to hear your thoughts and I invite you to open an issue on GitHub, where I'm tracking feature requests and bug reports.
