    i have noticed it is a conflict with another plug-in but am not sure which one yet

    Hello, I apologize for the delay in responding – it seems I have to fix my notifications.

    This is a strange problem and not one I have heard of yet, if you find out which plugin is conflicting please post here and I will attempt to harden our code against the conflict.
