• Hi everyone. I wanted to post a quick update on Version 3 and address a few questions we’ve had on support.

    Version 3, free and paid, is expected to be available February 28th. We’ve been quite busy and apologize for the delay. We aim to make up for it with a very awesome new version 🙂 We spent a lot of time collecting suggestions from you via our User Voice page, compiled what we could work into the new version, and started coding.

    Many have asked why we haven’t been in the support forums answering questions. Truth is we’ve been pretty busy. We also never expected the plugin to be this popular, so its been a bit overwhelming too. Since the plugin is so popular, and since so people have requested support and new versions, we decided last year to continue updating the plugin and to offer a paid version that comes with support.

    So what do you do if you need help before then? You have 2 options:

    1. Free support here in the forums. We ask that you ask the community for help. Community, we ask that you jump in when you can, when you can, like you’ve been doing (many thanks to everyone that’s answered questions.) We’ll try harder to make time to answer questions when we can too.

    2. Paid support is available on a paid, hourly basis for now for those that really, really need our help. Our rate is $89 per hour, in 15 minute increments. Submit a support ticket here, we’ll let you know the cost, we’ll charge you if you ok the cost, then we’ll get it done within a few business days. If we can’t, we’ll tell you up front.
