   Hello,

   Can anyone please tell me whether if a usual update scenarios is such
   upload/overwrite all php files from /wordpress
   upload/overwrite and overwrite /wp-admin /wp-content /wp-includes
   or i shouldnt upload files from /wp-content to save my themes/plugins etc and is /wp-content content is always the same in default installation package ?

   Depending on what version you are upgrading FROM, please review the procedures in the Codex article Upgrading_WordPress.
