    Maybe becouse not enough information.
    The plugin was released after different tests on different systems, installs and users. Works well. But it is not helpfull, if you say dont work. After the install, the plugin read the item in the database and you can see this in the settings of the plugin. in a mu install is it not very easy to help. The settings was write sitewide, but it is possible to averwrite all settings in each blog. The current active blog create the settings page and read the options.
