Update feedback please

Hi I have had this blog for almost one year. I am really enjoying playing with it and learning. Please any feedback is more than welcome.

A few problems I am having in general

– Social media – I had a plugin and up to 20 ppl would ‘like’ my post but I could only see one face, and no names. I tried to update the widgets menu but did not help.

– There are tonnes of validation errors and I don;t know what half of them are.

– I don’t get many hits, I tend to only post it on facebook
-Also having trouble finding a way for people to subscribe. I have a subscribe menu there, is that enough?

-Having a hard time finding a gallery that is easy to use and easy to update and modify. I am now using WP native gallery but will update soon to a more funk look.
