Update feed to new permalink structure?

I had to go back to the default permalink structure.
(because when you attempted to go to a single post page it would always have a redirect loop. Going back to default stopped this.)

However, when you click on my feed from google reader or myYahoo it tries to go to the former permalink structure. How do I update the feed so it directs subscribers to the default links?
