Update Database Directly Drom the Server

Hello,
I’m in the middle of an emergency. My website keeps getting malware, and the malware removal support group removed it, then recommends that I update the database from other wordpress websites in my hosts. I assume that I’ll continue to get attacks until this is done. I would like to do this, but the other sites just clones of my main website stored in the server. I use dreamhost as my server and access the databases through WebFTP.

Is there ANY way I can update the databases directly from the server??? Please understand that my main WP website’s database is okay and updated. It’s the website clones in the host that need to be updated.

This is sort of an emergency.
