I heard that there was an automatic updating feature. I tried it with my site because of version 2.7.1 and I got this page. I tried it with another site and it did it immediately. What is up?

probably a server hang
delete the .maintenance file in wordpress root if present
check and see if blog really updated
if not, try again -
Posted 3 years ago #It was the Automatic Upgrade plugin. Saw the sticky topic and that helped.
