After update from 3.1.3 my categories show in the vertical menu and open but when I click on the picture nothing happens and if I click on the product name I get an error message or after very long period I get 30 copies of the picture...ex page:

Also none of my page links are working in the about pages, though the correct URL is showing.
I have tried updating permalinks a few times, doesn't help.
If I restore to 3.1.3 all works fine, so something in the update

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

thank you Esmi; it was a plugin and when I deactivated it the links worked again.
