Update 3.9.1 Missing Visual Editor

    My Visual Editor was missing after an upgrade to 3.9.1 and none of the suggested solutions fixed my missing visual editor.

    I realized that I copied over the wp_users and wp_usermeta from an earlier website and when I replaced those tables with ones from a new install of 3.9.1 the editor came back.

    I have no idea what these tables had to do with the visual editor but for those struggling to find an answer you may need to start with a clean database,
