Unwanted SMS errors in C/Panel

Hello,
For the last 3-4 months I am noticing an increase of sms error urls in my sites c/panel (Required but not found URLs (HTTP code 404) So far this month there is over 2000.
This is an example
/exam-sms/if-all-pakiz-start-studing_3319.html 38 –
/love-sms/tu-zindagi-mein-subse-azeez-hai-humain_2682.html 38 –
/inspirational-quotes-sms/i-suggest-you-to-do-war_10684.html 38 –

Can someone tell me why these are appearing?.
