Unwanted select taxonomies on top always

    Hi,

    I have a custom post with a custom taxonomy. It´s happening that when I select taxonomies for a post and I publish and return to edit the post. The selected taxonomies shows on top of list breaking the hierarchy. The taxonomy structure become a mess and it´s confusing.

    Anyone can give me some tips about that issue or behaviour please? Thanks in advance.
